Sauna Gus with a visit to the Golden Ice Egg

Feel how the whole body relaxes and lets go of stress with 60 minutes of fantastic Sauna Gus at Ni’mat Spa.

The Sauna Gus takes place in the large Flower Sauna, it is filled with flowers and has a very special atmosphere with dim lights and soothing aromatic scents.

With the hot sauna oven in the middle of the room, Ni’mat’s skilled Gus Master can move flowingly around the sauna. Here, towels and/or fans will ensure that the heat and the scent wraps softly around your body to the sound of atmospheric music. The Gus Master sets the day’s theme for fragrance, music and atmosphere in relation to the weather, wind, sun, and moon.

The Sauna Gus session consists of 3 rounds of heat, and 2 ice breaks where you can go to our courtyard to cool off with ice and cold water. 

The Golden Ice Egg is decorated with gold and ice flowers and here you can grab a bowl of crushed ice to cool your body during the breaks, a small magical and exclusive experience that can only be experienced in Ni’mat.

This 60-minute ceremony includes 3 sessions of Gus with different aroma scents. Between sessions there are cooling options where you will be served fruit and nuts.

Monday to Thursday 19:00-20:00
Sunday 16:00-17:00

Please bring your swimsuit, a beach towel and possibly your own slippers for cold water activities during breaks.

It is possible to rent a bathrobe + a small towel for 50 kr.

or a hammam cloth for 25 kr.

Visit the Water Temple before a fantastic Sauna Gus session and a visit to the Golden Ice Egg.

Many of our guests want to come before Sauna Gus and spend an hour in the Water Temple, which is our beautiful oriental gem. 

When you visit the Water Temple, you will be able to use our aroma steam bath, our cozy little sauna and our hot whirlpool. 3 cozy atmospheric units in our most beautiful surroundings in the house.
